  • MT7620

    MediaTek MT7620 family integrates a 2T2R 802.11n Wi-Fi radio, a 580MHz MIPS® 24KEc™ CPU, 5-port fast Ethernet PHY, HNAT, Storage Accelerator, USB2.0 host/device, multiple slow IOs. 

  • MT7621

    MediaTek MT7621A Wi-Fi SoC contains a powerful 880 MHz MIPS® 1004KEc™ dual-core CPU, a 5-port Gigabit Ethernet switch, and a rich array of connectivity options including RGMII, PCIe, USB, SD-XC, and so on. The SoC also includes the company’s field-proven hardware support for Network Address Translation (NAT), Quality of Service (QoS), SAMBA, Virtual Private Network (VPN) and others routing and tunnelling applications, ideal for high-performance 802.11ac, LTE cat4/5, edge, hotspot, VPN routers, NAS, and AC ( Access Point Controller), smart routers. Moreover, the MT7621A applies low-power technology and can fit into 2/4 layers PCB design with good power dissipation.

The platform pairs high performance and extensively integrated functionality with a cost-effective approach.

    MediaTek MT7623 family is a highly integrated multimedia network router system-on-chip used for high-end 4x4 11ac WiFi AP router, smart router, home automation and industrial gateway with high wireless performance. The chip integrates a Quad-core ARM® Cortex-A7 MPCoreTM operating up to 1.3GHz and powerful network accelerators, storage accelerator, multi-standard video accelerator.

    MediaTek MT7628 family is the new generation of 2T2R 802.11n Wi-Fi AP/Router (SoC). MT7628 improves the RF performance, reduces power consumption and optimizes the BOM cost and makes it the best cost/performance 2x2 11n solution. The MT7628 family integrates a 2T2R 802.11n Wi-Fi radio, a 580MHz MIPS® 24KEc™ CPU, 5-port fast Ethernet PHY, AES128/256 security engine, USB2.0 host, PCIe host, and rich slow IOs to connect different sensors.
