  • MT8167

    The MediaTek MT8167S platform is a highly integrated solution for wireless connected multimedia systems with or without display interfaces. It incorporates a power-efficient Quad-core Arm® Cortex®-A35 processor operating at 1.3 GHz and powerful Imagination Technologies PowerVRTM GE8300 Series GPU. The support for various DRAM interfaces (LPDDR3, DDR3L, DDR4) and flash storage solutions (eMMC, Raw NAND) provides high flexibility in the memory configuration.

  • MT8168

    The MediaTek MT8168 delivers a highly integrated, high-performance application processor with very low power consumption, and great multimedia experience for embedded devices like tablets, eReaders and smart home or IoT applications. Built using an advanced, power-efficient 12nm process, the SoC combines a quad-core Arm-Cortex A53 MPCoreTM CPU with Arm NEON engine operating up to 2GHz with an Arm Mali G52-class graphics processor operating up to 800MHz.

  • MT8183

    The MediaTek MT8183 brings together a diverse mix of powerful hardware that can enable leading tablet designs. It combines an octa-core CPU that includes four Arm Cortex-A73 and Cortex-A53 MPCoreTM up to 2GHz equipped with Arm NEON engine, plus a powerful Arm Mali-G72-class graphics processor operating up to 800MHz. An integrated, dual-core AI processing unit (APU) provides up to 0.5TOPs performance, enabling accelerated AI-enhanced applications and OS-enhancements like personal assistants with very low power use.

  • MT8765

    MediaTek MT8765 is a quad-core A53 SoC clocked at the speed of 1.5GHz with an IMG GE8100 GPU. The chipset supports 1xLPDDR3, up to 3GB of memory and eMMC5.1 storage. The connectivity features include WiFi 802.11 abgn, BT4.2, FM RX GPS+Glonass/Beidou.

  • MT8766

    The MediaTek MT8766B is designed for highly mobile and capable tablet devices with global cellular connectivity. It combines a quad-core Arm-Cortex A53 MPCoreTM CPU with Arm NEON engine operating up to 2GHz with an IMG PowerVR GE8300-class graphics processor. MT8766B supports up to HD+ (1600 x 720) resolution touchscreen displays.

  • MT8768

    The MediaTek MT8768T is designed for highly mobile and capable tablet devices with global cellular connectivity. It combines an octa-core Arm-Cortex A53 MPCoreTM CPU with Arm NEON engine operating up to 2.3GHz with a powerful IMG PowerVR GE8320-class graphics processor. MT8768T supports up to FullHD+ resolution (2400 x 1080) touchscreen displays.

  • MT8788

    The MediaTek MT8788 combines an octa-core CPU that includes four Arm Cortex-A73 and Cortex-A53 MPCoreTM up to 2GHz equipped with Arm NEON engine, plus a powerful Arm Mali-G72-class graphics processor operating up to 800MHz.Supporting up to twin displays (MIPI-DSI & MIPI-DPI) at FullHD+ (2400 x 1080) resolution enables sharp, high detail visuals for high-quality user-interfaces.
